In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the to288 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, bots, and automated accounts are not permitted to register on to288.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100.000 per transaction. Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the member's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• to288 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which to288 bears no responsibility.
• All funds deposited to to288 must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. to288 reserves the right to reverse any deposit and suspend any account where the source of funds cannot be satisfactorily verified.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Members who have not completed identity verification may be required to do so before a withdrawal is released.

Upon account closure, to288 will review the account balance and, where no breach has been found, will arrange for the return of any legitimate withdrawable funds to the member's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances and winnings derived from fraudulent or abusive behaviour will be forfeited in full.
